Technical and Vocational Training Program – Pathways to Employment and Entrepreneurship
The Moniba Foundation’s Technical and Vocational Training Program equips young Liberians with the skills and confidence needed to build self-sustaining careers. Since 2010, the Foundation has supported hundreds of students across Liberia, helping them gain access to the training and tools necessary to transform their lives.
Through partnerships with accredited training institutions throughout the country, the Foundation offers scholarships and financial support that enable youth to enroll in certified programs in areas such as construction, tailoring, cosmetology, agriculture, heavy-duty driving, and other selected career paths. Each participant receives hands-on instruction and mentorship designed to prepare them for real-world employment or small business creation.
By supporting technical and vocational education, the Moniba Foundation not only opens doors to opportunity for individuals but also strengthens Liberia’s workforce and drives local economic growth. Our goal is simple: to empower young people with the tools, training, and mindset to transform their own futures — and, in doing so, the future of Liberia.
