The Moniba Foundation continues to select specific areas of need to provide food provisions, which include rice, sardines, oil, salt and dry meats. Beginning in 2018, the Foundation has provided food to communities and organizations in five counties – targeting dozens of orphanages, schools, communities, old folks home and a group of 77 (disabled) locations.
During the height of the coronavirus pandemic, the Moniba Foundation successfully implemented a campaign to feed 1100 families in 11 of some of the poorest communities in the capital city.
If you are interested in signing up to partner with or in having your orphanage, group/old folks home, or institution benefit from our monthly food distribution, contact us here.
Once a month, the Moniba Foundation selects a low-income community, orphanage or hospital where food items and other daily supplies are distributed, in bulk, to the less fortunate. Food items range from rice, to dry fish and meats, cooking oils and seasoning, sugar, canned food, and other dried goods.
