Liberia’s youth, approximately 75% of the population, are vital to the nation’s future. The Moniba Foundation Youth Leadership Forums equip young leaders with the tools and platforms to actively participate in community and national development.

Format: Three-day regional conferences featuring leadership training, plenary sessions, breakout groups, and networking.

Focus Areas: Identifying community needs, implementing initiatives, strengthening ties with peers and authorities, and developing leadership traits.

Participation: By invitation, ensuring gender and regional representation.
The objectives among others are to:

Allow the participants to strengthen ties, network, and build allies with other positive thinkers and leaders of their generation

Help identify specific initiatives they can undertake in their respective communities

Improve the perception and image of Liberia’s youth in their efforts to build the future generation

Enhance the participant’s understanding and effectiveness of their role in society in making a positive impact

Identify individual leadership traits that are critical to success – as well as complete self-evaluations for own personal development
